First entry, still in Italy - Primo post, ancora in Italia

Hello folks! I’ve just come back from my vaccination shots. Did yellow fever, typhus, tetanus, hepatitis and malaria. So now I’m well protected for entering Black Africa (is Angola in Black Africa at all?). I thought I would celebrate the occasion by posting for the first time on my blog, first of all because Facebook groups are useless—nobody knows where to see the description with the very useful itinerary I wrote—secondly, I need to learn how to post on this blog if I want to keep you all up with my adventures, right? Okay, so this is going to be bilingual blog, half English and half Italian so that everybody will be able to keep up. About my trip, I’m leaving in 10 days, and I’m getting very excited now. Almost everything is ready, and after months of preparation I can finally relax. Down there there’s my itinerary, please, do feel free to read and comment whatever I’m going to write here, to browse through the pictures and the videos that I will upload (here or on my accounts on Youtube and Deviantart—links below). Suggestions about things that I should do in a country are very much appreciated. If you have friends or family in one of the countries I’ve listed down there and they would be willing to meet me and show me around, that’s even better. My adventure starts on the 1st of January 2011 and ends on the 1st of January of exactly one year later. So, stay tuned and I swear you won’t regret it. Cheers!

Salve gente! Sono appena tornata dalle vaccinazioni. Ho fatto la febbre gialla, anti-tetano, anti-epatite, tifo e ho preso la profilassi per la malaria. Quindi ora sono ben protetta per inoltrarmi nell’Africa Nera (l’Angola è in Africa Nera?). Ho pensato di celebrare quest’occasione con il primo post del mio blog, prima di tutto perché i gruppi di Facebook sono inutili—nessuno sa come vedere la descrizione con il mio itinerario che invece è molto utile—secondo, ho bisogno di imparare a postare so questo blog se voglio tenervi aggiornati con le avventure, giusto? Bene, questo blog sarà bilingue, metà in inglese e metà in italiano, cosicché tutti potranno seguirlo. Comunque, partirò tra 10 giorni, e sono davvero emozionata ora! È quasi tutto pronto, e dopo mesi di preparativi posso finalmente rilassarmi. Qui sotto c’è il mio itinerario, per favore, sentitevi liberi di leggere e commentare qualsiasi cosa scriverò qui, di guardare le foto e i video che caricherò (qui o su Youtube e Deviantart—i link sono sotto). Suggerimenti su cose che potrei fare in un paese che visiterò sono molto apprezzati. Se avete amici o parenti in uno dei paesi elencati e sarebbero disposti ad incontrarmi e farmi da guida, ancora meglio. La mia avventura inizia il primo gennaio 2011 e termina il primo gennaio di esattamente un anno dopo. Quindi statemi dietro e vi prometto che non ve ne pentirete. A presto!
